RetroAI is a product studio for websites, applications, automation and AI development. We design it, build it, and keep it running in production.

01 · Who we are

Studios hand you a deck.
We hand you a receipt.

RetroAI is a small, senior team. No account managers, no handoff to a junior team after the pitch — the people who scope your project are the people who build it.

We work in four disciplines that keep overlapping in practice: a site needs an app behind it, the app needs the manual work automated, and the automation gets better once a model is doing the judgement calls. So we do all four, and we stay on to operate what we ship.

02 · What we do

Four disciplines.
One team that ships them.

Each of these is something we design, build and then operate for real customers — with the numbers to show for it.

01

Website Development

Sites that load fast, rank well and convert.

Marketing sites, landing pages, e-commerce and content platforms built on Next.js. Server-rendered, accessible, measured against real Core Web Vitals — not a template with your logo dropped in.

02

Application Development

Products with users, billing and a real backend.

Web and mobile applications from first prototype to production scale. Auth, payments, dashboards, multi-tenant data models, background jobs — the unglamorous parts that decide whether a product survives.

03

Automation

The manual work, quietly removed.

We map the process your team repeats every day, then replace it. Document intake, spreadsheet operations, reconciliation, CRM hygiene, reporting — wired between the tools you already pay for.

04

AI Development

Agents and models doing measurable work.

LLM applications, retrieval systems, agents that call your tools and voice interfaces. We start from the task and the eval, not the demo — so what ships keeps working after the launch tweet.

04 · What we work in

Your stack,
already familiar.

We build on the systems your team already pays for, and wire the new work into them rather than around them.

05 · How it goes

Five phases.
No dark period.

You see a working staging environment from week three, and a demo every week after that.

Full process →
01ScopeWe interrogate the problem before the solution. What breaks today, who feels it, what a fix is worth. You leave this phase with a written scope and a number, not a vibe.Week 1
02ArchitectData model, integrations, failure modes and the boring decisions that are expensive to reverse. For AI work, the eval set is built here.Week 2
03BuildWeekly demos against a staging environment you can click. No dark period, no big reveal. If a decision needs you, you hear about it that week.Weeks 3–8
04ShipProduction deploy, monitoring, alerting and a runbook written for your team. Then we watch the graphs with you for the first fortnight.Launch week
05OperateOptional. We keep the thing running — patches, model swaps, cost tuning and the next set of features, on a monthly retainer.Ongoing

Next step

Half of your operation can run itself. We build that half.
